Feasibility study, complete
A complete planning proposal: Blueprints; construction principles; fire and risk analysis; adaptability for different types of events; logistical solutions for the site and 5D budget calculations. A number of workshops are held in conjunction with this process in order to ensure consensus. The final planning project also includes a description detailing the basis for the choices that have been made in the planning proposal.
The constructor’s participation can be at the same level as for the Feasibility study light, or it can be supplemented with a system calculation (3D) that can be linked to the budget calculation program.
A digital 3D image is produced that clearly illustrates the choice of materials as well as the architectural concept. Additional 3D images can be agreed upon during the initial phase of the process.
Calculations are based on BIM (Building Information Model).
